All works submitted to the Jeju International Drone Film Festival Competition must comply and agree to the following:

1. All works should be submitted to the official website (www.jejudronefilmfestival.kr).
2. Competitive section submissions are open to works worldwide, with no restrictions on when they were shot.
3. Works submitted to previous JDFF are not eligible for re-submission.
4. The total running time of the video must be no more than 5 minutes, with at least 50% of the footage shot using a drone.
5. By submitting your film, you agree to a screening of the entries at the festival and agree to the transfer of all legal rights to be used for the preparation and execution of the festival, including pre-and post-festival promotions.
6. Entries may be uploaded to the festival's official website and the social media of the organizing/sponsoring organizations to promote the festival.
7. Entries must be shot only in locations where permission has been obtained in advance, and if it is discovered after the fact that the film was shot in an unauthorized area, the award may be canceled.
8. Entrants must ensure that all content used in the production (music, text, narration, CG, etc.) is free of copyright issues and, if necessary, obtain official authorization and permission from the original copyright holders.
   Suppose any issues arise with any of the above. In that case, the entrant will be held fully responsible, and the award may be canceled if the entrant is later officially found to be accountable.
9. The organizers will not pay any fees for the submitted works and may request the original files from the entrants upon selection as a final winner or award nominee.
10. Violating the above rules may result in exclusion from the judging process or the award being canceled.

제주국제드론필름페스티벌 경쟁부문에 출품을 원하시는 작품들은 반드시 아래 사항을 준수하고 동의해야 합니다.

1. 영상 제출은 반드시 공식사이트 내에서 이루어져야 합니다.
2. 경쟁부문 출품은 전 세계 작품들을 대상으로 하며, 촬영시기에 제한은 없습니다.
3. 전 회차 JDFF에 출품한 작품은 재출품이 불가합니다.
4. 영상의 총 러닝타임은 총 5분 이하로 제한되며, 전체 촬영분량의 50퍼센트 이상이 드론을 이용하여 촬영한 작품이어야 합니다.
5. 촬영작품은 출품과 동시에 영화제 상영에 동의하는 것이며, 사전/사후 홍보 등 영화제 준비와 실행을 위하여 사용되는 것에 대한 법적인 권리 이양에 동의하는 것입니다.
6. 출품작은 영화제 공식사이트 및 주최/주관 기관의 소셜 미디어 등에 영화제 홍보의 목적으로 업로드 될 수 있습니다.
7. 반드시 사전에 촬영 허가를 받은 곳에서만 촬영한 작품을 출품해야 하며, 사후에라도 촬영 허가를 받지 않은 곳에서 촬영한 작품임이 밝혀질 경우 수상이 취소될 수 있습니다.
8. 출품자는 사전에 작품 제작에 사용된 모든 콘텐츠(음악, 텍스트, 나레이션, CG 등)에 대해 저작권 관련 문제가 없도록 해야 하며, 필요 시 반드시 원 저작권을 가지고 있는 대상에게 공식적인 승인과 허가를 얻어야 합니다.
   만약, 위 관련 내용으로 문제 발생 시 출품자에게 모든 책임이 있으며 사후에 공식적으로 책임이 있다고 판명될 경우 수상이 취소될 수 있습니다.
9. 제출된 작품에 대해 주최측은 어떠한 비용도 지불하지 않으며, 최종 수상작 또는 수상 후보작으로 선정 시 출품자에게 원본 파일을 요청할 수 있습니다.
10. 위 규정을 위반할 경우, 심사에서 제외 또는 수상이 취소될 수 있습니다.
